1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SpeakMaster Australia website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

SpeakMaster Australia provides public speaking courses, training materials, and related educational services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Registration and Enrolment

To access our courses, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Pay applicable fees before course commencement
  • Agree to our attendance and participation requirements

4. Payment Terms

Course fees are due at the time of enrolment unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrolment:

  • Full refund: 7 days before course start date
  • 50% refund: 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund: Less than 3 days before course start date
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is required for course completion. Students must:

  • Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions
  • Participate actively in exercises and discussions
  • Complete assigned homework and practice sessions
  • Respect other students and instructors

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of SpeakMaster Australia. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpeakMaster Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
